Christian Salfellner decided to study classical Music at the University of Music in Graz, Austria. Soon his interests changes to the world of jazz. Leaving Austria, he studied with Joe Hunt at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. He is a well respected side- man for artists like Bob Berg, Jamaaladeen Tacuma, Andy Sheppard, Rebecca Bakken etc.
